Domat Consulting was established as an innovative, purpose-built startup, drawing on its founders’ experience in providing consulting services for waste management, environmental protection, the cement and energy industries, and in securing external financing. We serve individual clients, the SME sector, and, above all, local government units.
Domat Consulting’s structure is supported by a number of agreements and contracts with recognized institutions and companies on the national and European markets. This allows for comprehensive service for each client.
The main goal of Domat Consulting is to develop new, innovative technical and technological solutions that combine rational waste management with the economics of energy recovery and environmental protection. Since 2017, Domat Consulting has been located in the Kielce Technology Park.

WHAT WE DO?
In addition to our consulting activities, Domat Consulting conducts its own R&D activities and projects. Our primary goal is to develop new, innovative technical and technological solutions for waste management, energy, the cement industry, and environmental protection. Our proprietary concept is to create „Closed Systems for Local Energy Recovery of Municipal Waste,” i.e., local „Closed Waste Circulation” systems through energy recovery in heating plants and combined heat and power plants.
Unlike other solutions currently available on the market, our proposal is comprehensive and does not rely on a simple system of „incinerating” waste mixed in the uneconomical form of RDF. Our concept describes the entire technological cycle, from the waste producer, through the formulation of real, certified fuel in pellet form, its transport and energy recovery process, to process ash management.
We are open to collaboration across all sectors and markets. Our services also include substantive assistance in preparing funding applications for competitions announced by the National Centre for Research and Development, the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management, and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). In the near future, we intend to expand our offerings to include energy storage systems. In April 2019, we signed a memorandum of understanding commencing our international efforts, aimed at building a comprehensive waste management and energy recovery system in Kielce’s partner city, Vinnytsia (Ukraine).
Currently Domat Consulting is implementing a research and development project with the participation of the recognized independent Oil and Gas Institute – Polish Research Institute in Krakow, the renowned AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, a leading boiler manufacturer – SEFAKO S.A., one of the legal licensees and recognizable brands in the Świętokrzyskie region – FABET S.A., and the registered and experienced PPUH Eko-Energia Sp. z o.o. from Krakow. The project’s subject includes, among others, the study concerning fuel intended for energy supply within energy structures. This project will be co-financed from funds provided through a competition organized by the National Centre for Research and Development.
